Renovation of a residential building to improve its energy performance.
The work was carried out - and has already been completed - on a residential building located near Bormio, with the aim of optimising the thermal and energy characteristics of the building envelope. It is always interesting to compare the before and after states, and thanks to the photos above, we can appreciate the details.
The 110% SuperBonus government incentives were used, with an associated improvement of two energy classes.
Specifically, a standard EPS external thermal insulation system was installed, some parts of which are made of Aeropan® (an insulating material that can significantly reduce energy loss using a very limited space).

The materials were laid using scaffolding installed around the entire perimeter of the building, which was necessary to complete the construction work in all its aspects.
