Complete renovation of a three-storey residential building, including structural improvements, roof replacement and façade refurbishment.
The work was carried out - and has already been completed - on a residential building located near Bormio, with the aim of improving the structure and envelope of the building. It is always interesting to compare the before and after states, and thanks to the photos above, we can appreciate the details.
The original house was in a mediocre state of repair and stability. This is typical of buildings constructed using low-cost technologies in the 1970s.

The first step was to set up the construction site and remove the roof. Thanks to our new and reliable equipment, the construction site was completed quickly and on budget.

Subsequently, structural reinforcement was carried out by first constructing a concrete coping and then applying reinforced plaster to the facades. Finally, standard external thermal insulation was installed using EPS, with some parts made of Aeropan® (an insulating material that significantly reduces energy loss while taking up very little space).
