A complete building renovation that enhanced an Alpine-style residence in Alta Valtellina, with fine craftsmanship, innovative thermal insulation solutions and a perfect integration of tradition and energy efficiency.
Our construction project involved a significant renovation of an Alpine-style residence located in Alta Valtellina. During the project, we paid careful attention to several aspects, including high-quality handcrafted skirting on the exterior facades, to achieve a unique and distinctive effect.
Inside the property, we carried out various interventions, including the creation of a ventilated crawl space with cellular glass, thus improving the efficiency and durability of the structure.
The choice of materials was crucial: the external cladding in natural stone was combined with thermal insulation, thus combining the traditional aesthetics of local architecture with modern thermal insulation requirements.
